Return Policy

All merchandise must be unworn and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface so that the soles don’t scratch, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Goods must be received within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you send the package via traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the product. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

Your account will be credited your refund within 7 business days of receipt. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer’s processing time.

We do not accept international returns at this time. All international sales are final (orders outside the USA).

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. 

Items labeled FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
