Return Policy

All merchandise must be unworn and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface so that the soles don’t scratch, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.

Goods must be received within 10 days from the date of purchase. We recommend that you send the package via traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the product. We do not accept liability for missing packages or damage of returned goods.

Your account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer's processing time.

All shoes purchased on sale of 40% or more are final.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

We do not accept international returns at this time. All international sales are final.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
