Shipping Information


Shipping within the USA is coming from New Jersey.


Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.


Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times above are provided by carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed.

All items will be shipped from the USA with an official invoice declaring the total of merchandise purchased in US dollars. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and import fees.

If a delivery is refused, the receiver is still responsible for the original shipping charges, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Sydney Brown.

We do not accept international returns at this time. All international orders are FINAL SALE.
